After monitoring all of our systems since our update last night just after 6pm, we believe we have all of our issues resolved. If you are still experiencing issues, please call in to our support line at 515-515-5111.Thanks for your patience as our team worked diligently to identify and resolve these issues.
We did make a few more configuration changes tonight about 5:30pm, in an attempt to resolve our Internet connection issues. Once those new configurations were applied, we noticed an immediate improvement with smart phones and their apps. Hopefully this will resolve the remaining issues we have.We will continue to keep this incident in a monitoring state, and review everything late tomorrow morning.

We believe we have narrowed down the problem, and have it resolved. If you are still experiencing any issues, please reboot your Fort Dodge Fiber router and try your Internet again once the router comes back up.
We will continue to monitor this issue.
Once we feel this has been resolved, we will close this incident.

Fort Dodge Fiber is currently investigating issues with our Internet services, and trying to identify the root cause of the problem. Some services are working. Thanks for your patience as we try and work through these issues.
