March 24, 2026 at 5:00 AMStarting at 12am on Tuesday, March 24th, our network team will be updating and rebooting our Central Office Nokia equipment. We anticipate this windows to last two hours, and everything should be back up and running by 2am.
If you experience issues after 2am on Tuesday, March 24th, before calling our tech support team, please turn off your Nokia equipment, count to 30, and then turn it back on. After turning the equipment back on, please allow the equipment 5 minutes to boot up and get in sync with our network.
