Starting at 12am on Tuesday, March 31st, our network team will continue updating and rebooting our Central Office Nokia equipment. We anticipate this windows to last four hours, and everything should be back up and running by 4am.
If you experience issues after 4am on Tuesday, March 31st, before calling our tech support team, please turn off your Nokia equipment, count to 30, and then turn it back on. After turning the equipment back on, please allow the equipment 5 minutes to boot up and get in sync with our network.
