    Our network team will be updating the firmware on our Nokia  routers at 12:00AM Monday, September 8th, lasting 4 hours. We will be updating devices in batches, scattered throughout the maintenance window. When your equipment is updated, it should reboot and come back up automatically. All updates should be complete by 4am on Monday 8th.

    If you experience issues after 4am on Monday, September 8th, before calling our tech support team, please turn off your Nokia equipment, count to 30, and then turn it back on. After turning the equipment back on, please allow the equipment 5 minutes to boot up and get in sync with our network. If you are still having issues at that time, do not hesitate to call into our tech support team at 515-515-5111.

    Upgrades to our CGNAT routers are planned to resolve the two recent incidents we have experienced. During this time, we will also be testing out failover process with our CGNAT equipment. During this time, expect intermittent outages as our systems are upgraded.

    This work will NOT affect any of our customer with a public, static IP address.

    All issues have been resolved.

    Our team was staging a new firmware for our equipment to begin testing BEFORE deployment, but was inadvertently triggered to download and update all of our connected equipment. Because we had not yet fully tested this new firmware on our equipment, we will be rolling back the devices tonight during our already schedule maintenance window.

    Firmware updates will always be tested BEFORE being deployed, and that deployment will in almost all cases happen during the middle of the night.

    We apologize for this issue, and wish to thank you for your patience.

    We believe we have resolved the issues from this morning that affected most of our customers. We do have a maintenance window scheduled for 12am on Wednesday the 20th to help combat the issue we experienced, and test some failover scenarios. Our goal is to have fully redundant systems, so our customers will not experience issues when things like this happen.
